Millions of Android phones at risk: Security breach discovered

The breach was discovered by an Israeli security firm NorthBit. This exploit can not only allow hackers to inject malware it would also allow them to copy and delete data but would also allow access over microphone, camera and GPS movements.
How the hack works?
Hackers would first send a script embedded in a video through a link. The link would host the video file that would crash and force restart the phone. JavaScript on the page would send all information to the attacker’s server. Attacker would then send another video to execute a program to take over full control of the device.

Who is at risk?
NorthBit tested Nexus 5, LG G3, HTC One and Samung Galaxy S5 however the exploit can be used to target devices running on Android 2.2, 4.0, 5.0 and 5.1. Virtualy every one on these operating systems are at the risk of this hack.
